President Donald Trump issues prior to leaving office a program called Warp Speed and it gave all the resources to find a cure to Covid-19. The democrats laughed and said it would take as much as 10 years to find any vaccine. Well after 6 months bingo it payed off and it was a happy moment and President Biden was saying how great these vaccines were and it was his administration that made it happen but then it was just another lie it was President Trump who made it work.

Biden then closed down all the schools, businesses, and airports, with rules you needed masks, etc. Now the snow storm they keep kids out of school then they had school being taught at home which was a joke who was going to watch their children their moms and dads both work to meet ends then came the loss of knowledge to our children because President Biden is mentally incompetent.

But here is the joker in the deck: President Biden is blaming former President Trump for the children staying home for school. Biden has had problems with his own family exposed, which should be concerning in itself to everyone. He should stay home and fix his family’s problems with drugs and sex. You couldn’t make a horror movie worse than President Biden’s life.

More lies comes out from the White House and how President Biden just keeps lying and he isn’t concerned that he is being called a liar. He has lost control of himself and now he just keep chatting away and everyone around the world are making fun of our incompetent president.

Biden’s disapproval of foreign policy is currently 54%; the economy 58%; and border policy a dismal 60%. Every check I have made is that President Biden is in well over his head. Now President Biden is realizing his raid on Mar a Lago which he created has backfired on him, as well as the FBI and DOJ. I can’t believe how this fool shows the world how democracy is out the window and Communism is in full operation.

Without a doubt our country being ran by Democrats is actually run by Communists. There is a possibly slight chance that the leaders in Washington will do away with the results of the election, although at this point I’m skeptical as the Constitution is rather rigid with such endeavors. But I will be watching the lowlifes of Washington D.C. from here to November, and then the new Congress the first week of January. I am a Democrat, but I don’t belong with the communists. If I run and am elected I will have a few investigations to find out who are the communists who are working in the White House and both houses of Congress.

Working on President Biden’s order, the Justice Department is trying to get President Trump because he is a criminal which President Biden said weeks and even months ago. A Supreme Court ruling in 1988, Department of the Navy vs Egan, is a case that involved the decassification of data that direc. Any former President cannot be charged with any espionage act ofor act of any kind since he is allowed to have these for his Presidential library this Supreme Court ruling makes it  impossible for the President of the United States to commit Obstruction of Justice nor the Espionage act and it is illegal for the Justice department to even search his home. Tom Fitton judical watch had a Supreme Court case against President Clinton in which he held recordings in his sock drawr and was allowed to keep them because the government gives former Presidents to keep any messages no matter the classification.

This witch hunt is running and President Biden nor Merrick Garland did not even contact Indepentant office of Legal council to see if this search warrant is legal which they knew it was illegal they all shoulc be charged with Racketeering.

President Joseph Biden and the Democratic party have now made it clear they wish to pay off $10,000 dollars of student loans for colleges which has accrued a lot of interest. The Idea sounds good till you get down to the nuts and bolts of the huge debt in total amount for so many Americans who have this debt.

The next issue is only congress has the right to pass money into the American system. President Biden acts like a Communist because the laws are for you and not him according to Speaker Nancy Pelosi who said it was unconstitutional what President Biden and his cabinet are going to do in spite of Congress.

Next tornado for Biden is who is going to pick up the tab? But President Biden needs to pick up his lousy ratings or the Democratic will surely loose the United States House of representatives and the United States Senate so any law means nothing when you control all three branches of government.

If I were President of the United States I could pay off all $1.8 trillion dollars of student loans for all who took out student loans. Then I would give all Americans who are legal citizens $40,000 in free money to do with as they seem fit. They could place the money on a new house, buy a new car or buy multiple cars for the family. Better yet I promise to make sure the money is non tax able period thank you again and I hope you vote for me for President of the United States in 2024.

Now back to President Trump has asked for a special Master to deal with records that were declassified by former President Donald Trump. One set of documents was Crossfire Hurricane which really was portrayed as a huge failure of President Obama, Vice President Biden and showed the FBI and DOJ were shown in a terrible light and really botched plan. But these records need to be copied and return back to President Donald Trump for his Presidential Library. The FBI and DOJ did not have the right to take all the documents from Mar-a-Lago since the supreme court case from 1988 Department of the Navy vs Egan which gave President trump the right to have the documents.

This raid was unconstitutional raid of Mar-a-Lago per Mike Davis former Law Clerk under Justice Neil Gorsuch and this can be viewed on Fox News dated August 25, 2022 on the Martha McCallum and John Roberts show and specially marked 0:38 of 2.30 show. their are many more cases which show that President Donald Trump had the right to have the documents It didn’t matter what classification at the top of the pages of all the former documents which were marked Confidential all the was to Top Secret special access it doesn’t matter what classification at the original time. President Donald Trump has and had unfettered access to hold, look at, and own. He is allowed a copy of everything that he touched, looked at, period. Several court decisions and very clear Constitutional authority gave President Trump full authority to keep a copy of every document he wanted.

Mark Zuckerberg speaks with Joe Rogan about how the FBI interfered with the Presidential election of 2020 a short time before the election the FBI according to Mark was the FBI came to Facebook and said something to the effect that some Russian misinformation wass going to be coming out and this was information about Hunter Biden’s Laptops that were left behind at a repair shop. But the FBI knew it was all true the information that was going to be coming out was true and this information if presented honestly would have effected the out come of the election of 2020 and would probably have hurt Joe Biden’s chances of winning the 2020 election.

The FBI has the laptops of Hunter Biden and they haven’t done a thing to charge, arrest or imprison Hunter Biden for what is on his laptops left behind. What is the job or job description of the FBI agents who are working for the FBI. I know for example I know for example when a person works deep cover another words when you are hired by an FBI agent to work under cover you have free reign and all you have to do is report in when you find or think you find illegal activity and it can be finding out which individuals are transporting woman for sex trade, weapons and ammunition, drugs, murder or collusion to commit murder.

Mike Davis says that this whole raid was unprecedented, unnecessary and unlawful the President of the United States has again what Mike Davis has been saying since August 8, 2022 the President of the United States has and had the absolute constitutional authority to declassify any document. He doesn’t have to get permission from any bureaucratic and the National Archives period. Any document that President Donald Trump wanted to declassify was at that very moment declassified Period end of story. Every document that the FBI stole from President Donald J Trump from that search warrant was in fact a worthless search warrant and unconstitutional. Now hopefully they charge Attorney General Merrick Garland with racketeering. He had weeks to ask the Office of Legal Council but he didn’t now what was the reason he didn’t ask the Office of legal Council because he knew they didn’t have the authority to get a search warrant. They are just worthless fools and exposing them is what counts.  So their goes the espionage act out the window those freaking fools just read Supreme Court case Dated 1988 Department of the NAVY vs EGAN. So now that the search warrant was unlawful please return every document back to the former president  Trump. Oh by the way apologize both the FBI and DOJ for being such EVIL individuals and not following the LAW.

 

A federal judge ordered Attorney General Merrick Garland to release the redacted Affidavit, obtained from the raid on Mar a Lago earlier this month, by Friday. This affidavit was the reason that allowed the Justice Department and FBI to raid Former President Donald J Trump and what was actually an illegal act to search President Trump and let these 30 FBI agents to raid and take out all the declassified materials, formerly classified with security ratings including Confidential, Secret, and Top Secret. Tomorrow, I will be reviewing this case and why the government did it in this way.

By all existing laws and statutes, the Justice Department and the FBI violated the law by taking all declassified material from former President Donald Trump located anywhere in the Mar a Lago residence inhabited by Trump and his family. I will lay out tomorrow why this raid was unlawful, and factually back it up by by former cases that have already been arbitrated by Supreme Court precedence and all the other laws.

 

President Joseph Biden is going to cancel up to 10,000 dollars of student loans.  The problem is it is going to cost so say up to 500 billion dollars and yet why not just pay off the whole thing in one swoop which is about 1.7 trillion dollars. It seems President Biden can’t figure out anything with smooth results. Everything he touches falls to pieces. He ruined the exit from Afghanistan, and he left over 7 billion dollars in military equipment. Do you remember the suicide bomber at Kabul airport that killed at least 60 people, all because of Biden’s incapacity to manage a peaceful exit? This President is so inept no wonder he can’t walk up the stairs to get on Air Force One. He fell three times till he just laid flat on the stairs. This President early on it was reported on fox cable news that Biden soiled his underwear and pants at least 2 different times while in Europe.

Yesterday Dr. Fauci has stated he will be leaving the NIH in December. Remember in the very beginning Dr. Fauci said we didn’t need masks. 58% of all Americans feel the United States best days are behind us but that isn’t my view. We just need to talk to the Americans in easy language and straight talk with clear and ability to engage the people with warm and straight forward truth.

As I watch the news all the news is talking about is the classification of the documents and the DOJ and the Library who wants all of his classified documents but everyone who I have listened to says that Former President Donald Trump has classified documents and top secret and special access programs and I laugh at everyone of these stupid fools don’t understand the law. While President Trump was president he DECLASSIFIED all the documents and he is in his legal rights to declassify every last document he saw and he took for his library period end of story.

Former president Donald Trump is entitled to every document he touched, looked at and has custody of period period period. He legally cannot break the law since all the documents are his for his library and post-presidential use. the FBI, the DOJ, and other government entities who keep asking for the documents to be given to them and he doesn’t have to give any of them back. On Friday I will be giving you all the laws and case laws you will need to probe that Trump cannot be charged with any crime in accordance with any classified marking on any former classified document in which he declassified.

President Trumps legal team is seeking a Special Master Request which is a third party to examine and keep safe the material that the FBI illegally obtained during the raid at President Donald Trumps house. Now remember the former president is to be given secuirity and the federal government is suppose to give former President Trump an area in his house to maintain all material which President Trump declassified and the documents will have confidential, secret, and top secret stamped on the pages even though they have been classified the markings will still bare the writings on the documents. I was a communications specialist and I received confidential, and secret even Red Rocket Flash Secret documents and we never removed the classification markings from the packets when I picked them up from 6th Army communications at the Presidio of San Francisco. I worked at the USACIDC HQ at the Presideo of San Francisco. Our facility in which we stored our documents was nothing but a cage. Yet at 6th Army HQ it was stored behind concrete walls so it was a stronger place than USACIDC.
